A young adult girl, mid 20s. Quiet and keeps to herself. Outsiders think she is rude and without manners, but she just enjoys her own company more than others. Dressed in a leather, tight fitting outfit with blood red cloth and lining on her belt, she was always ready for a fight. She wore a hood and cloak, light, easy to move around in, held together with a single belt clip. Hair long but always braided back beneath her hood. But if you ever saw her hair, you would see the blood red ribbon in her jet-black hair. On her back was a bow and quiver, with an intricate design of roses, thorns and stars. The wood and feathers of the arrows were also black. And coiled on her hip, plain for any to see, a black whip with traces of red twined into it. The handle hand woven with a rose design. And in her boots, short knives, ready to slice a throat too close to her. When fighting, she tends to hang in the back, using her arrows to protect those around her. She takes the time to analyze the situation, however everyone always thinks she is just straying away from the fight. Once she catches her eye on something that will help, she barks orders without explanation. But even though the others argue, it always helps them for the better and she is back to keeping to herself. No one is ever able to read her. How can you trust someone who always insults you yet always seems to know everything? No one knows anything about her, but there is one thing those who work with her know. She is cursed. When she was a child, her parents told her about how she was blessed with a gift. For those who do her harm, they are marked. This mark allows her to know who her enemy is. If she ever dies, everyone who is marked will also die.

Light sheds 10 feet around, and a dim light an additional 10 feet. Lasts 10 minutes. Archer: one every turn after activation, shoot a luminous arrow that targets one creature within 60 feet. Radiant damage (1d8 + Wis Mod) Chalice: restore life to self or anyone within 30 feet. (1d8 + Wis Mod) Dragon: intelligence, wisdom check, constitution saving throw, increase your concentration so that on 1d20, 9 or lower is a 10. lvl 6 -- Cosmis Omen: after a long rest, consult with the stars for guidance. Odds (Woe) 1d6 to subtract from the roll of a creature within 30 feet that is attacking, saving throw, or ability check as a reaction. Evens (Weal) 1d6 to add to the roll of a creature within 30 feet that is attacking, saving throw, or ability check as a reaction. lvl 10 -- Twinkling Constellations: Starry Form improvements. lvl 14 -- Full of Stars: Starry Form improvements.
