Skills: Choir of Lost Souls-While the Conductor has the above stats and HP values, the lost souls that make up his choir do not does not as each member is considered as having 1 HP, AC of 16+PL/4, and SV of +PL/2. Each lost soul moves up to 30 ft on the Conductors turn.
Cloaked in Song-Once per turn the Conductor can replace himself with a member of his own choir and disguise himself as a simple lost soul.
Sing, O Wretched Shades-Once per turn the Conductor can summon more members to from the land of the dead. Approximately 1D4+PL/4 can be summoned from the great beyond at every use of this ability.
Variable abilities-Instead of have a strict set of stats this monster this monster varies based on player level, calculate the stats before the fight though.
Senses: The Conductor can see through the members of his choir up to 60ft, and he can detect any creature within 5ft of a choir member regardless of visibility.

The Choirmaster casts all of his spells from his Book of Psalms, each spell takes one action. The book can be picked up and used by the players, with each member of the party being considered a member of this new Choir. The book must be attuned to a spell caster. A spell caster can only cast from the book 3 times a day.
At will: Screeching Falsetto-Each member deals 1D6+PL/2 psychic damage to each enemy within 5 ft and half damage on a successful Int save.
Lamentation of the Sun-Each member of the choir produces 5 ft of darkness around them.
Sweet Lullaby-Each enemy within 5 ft of a member must succeed a Cha save or be put to sleep until the end of its next turn.
Dolorous Drone-Each enemy within 5 ft of a member must succeed a Wis Save or become immobile for 4 turns, repeating the save every turn.
Plaguing Earworm-Each enemy within 5 ft of a member must succeed a Con save or take PLD4+2 Damage and be poisoned for 4 turns, repeating the save every turn.
A boss monster made up of undead spirits lead by a charismatic conductor. The conductor uses these weak spirits to conduct his spells through them. In this way the spirits themselves are more extensions of the conductor than separate entities.
Suggested Environments
Any place where foul magics of arcane undeath are taught, from cultic collages, slanderous seminaries, or other befouled schools. Generally these will be fairly large institutions, that were at one point lead, at least in part, by the conductor of the Choir.
