Amputee. The Orcish bomber is missing both of its arms and cannot take any actions that would require the use of arms. Relentless Endurance. When the Orc is reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, it can drop to 1 hit point instead. It can’t use this feature again until it finishes a long rest.
Explode. The Orcish bomber blows up, killing itself in the process. All creatures in a 10ft radius of the explosion must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 25 (7d6) 7d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
Out with a Bang. The Orcish bomber can use his reaction to take the Explode action upon reaching 0 hit points.
