A short range melee fighter To become a howling banshee you need to get an implant in your vocal cords to be this class


Class Features

Banshee's Might: as an action, everyone in a 15ft cone has to make a wisdom saving throw, DC 8 + constitution modifier + proficiency bonus. on a failed they take 1d8 psychic damage and have anti bardic inspiration for 1d4 on thier next turn. On a successful save, the targets take half of 1d8.   At 6th level, the damage increases to 2d6 psychic damage and 1d6 anti bardic inspiration, 3d6 damage at 11th level, and 4d6 damage and 1d8 anti bardic inspiration.   you can use this once every short or long rest at 1st level, at 5th level, you can use it twice per short or long rest.
