If the target is prone, the horse can make another attack with its hooves against it as a bonus action.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (1d10 + 2) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, taking (2d8) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
