Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d4+2) 1d4+2 piercing damage., and the target must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw (at disadvantage if the target is wearing armor made of metal.) Failure inicates that the target takes an aditional 5 (1d8) 1d8 lightning damage and can't take reactions until the start of their next turn.

Cloud rats look like a cross between an albino bat an a white rat. The are able to fly tirelessly, but are also able to treat cloud mist below their claws as if it were solid. While classified as Fey creatures, they are native to the Elemental Realm of Air. They sometimes appear when air elementals are summoned.
