Keen Hearing and Smell. The worg has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.   Pack Tactics. The worg has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the worg’s allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.   Void Bite. When the worg hits with its bite attack, the target takes an additional 4 (1d8) necrotic damage, and the worg regains hit points equal to the necrotic damage dealt.

Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Bonus Actions

Ethereal Step. Once per battle, the worg can use a bonus action to magically shift into the Ethereal Plane, appearing anywhere within 30 feet on its next turn. It can see and hear the Prime Material Plane while on the Ethereal Plane but can't affect it or be affected by it until it returns.

A worg is an evil predator that delights in hunting and devouring creatures weaker than itself. Cunning and malevolent, worgs roam across the remote wilderness or are raised by goblins and hobgoblins. Those creatures use worgs as mounts, but a worg will turn on its rider if it feels mistreated or malnourished. Worgs speak in their own language and Goblin, and a few learn to speak Common as well.
