Quantum Lock. While in any creature's line of sight the angel involuntarily turns to stone and becomes unable to move. In this form it is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form. The angel will also enter this state when it has less than a day left to live. The angel is conscious and aware of its surroundings while quantum locked.   Planar Haze. The angel can only be observed by creatures who are on the material plane, and through non-magical means. When viewed through other planes, or through magical means such as Arcane Eye or scrying, the angel will only appear as an amorphous cloud of gray fog, not triggering quantum lock.   Life Extension. The angel can extend its lifespan by consuming one of three sources of sustenance: flesh, electricity, and temporal energy.   Stone Hibernation. The angel can extend its lifespan tenfold by hibernating in its quantum locked form. Every 10 years that the angel hibernates for will expend only 1 year of its lifespan. The angel is unaware of it surroundings in this state, but can be awoken.   Carnivorous Mimicry. By eating a creatures vocal cords the angel can mimic that creatures voice, and by eating its brain the angel can obtain its memories. This is often the primary reason for the angel to consume flesh because eating one medium humanoid only grants them one year of life.   Electric Drain. The angel can absorb electricity form its surrounding to sustain itself. Each ampere of electricity grants the angel one day of sustenance. If the angel happens to get struck by lightning, the bolt will grant it 1d100 years of sustenance. The angel will sometimes choose to stand outside during storms in hopes of getting struck. If a player hits the angel with lightning damage, the player must roll as if rolling for damage, and the angel will gain that many years of life instead of taking damage.   Image Duplication. An accurate enough image of a weeping angel will create a new identical angel. For a painting to produce a new angel, it must have been painted by someone with a background in art with the intention of realism.   Stronger Alone. If another angel is within the angels field of view (180°) during combat, it will attack at disadvantage because it is trying not to look at the other angel.

Actions

Temporal Displacement. Melee attack spell: +15 to hit, Reach 5ft, one target. Instantly sends its target up to 100 years into the past by touching the creature. Each year of displacement grants the angel one year of sustenance, thus a single creature can sustain an angel for up to 100 years.   Swift Bite. Melee attack: +14 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 3d6+10 slashing damage, inflicts bleeding condition. With a single bite the angel can rip out and consume the target's vocal cords, allowing the angel to use the vocal aspect of Carnivorous Mimicry. The target will also become mute.   Swift Kill. Melee attack: +14 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. The angel attempts to snap the target's neck. The target must make a DC18 constitution saving throw. Upon success the target takes 3d10+10 bludgeoning damage. On a failed save, the target is instantly killed.   Brute Force. Melee attack: +16 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 10d10+30 bludgeoning damage. The angel uses all its speed and strength in a single ferocious blow to the body.
