Hybrid Form. When Sofosmeih Niler enters this form she gains a number of tempory hit points equals to a number of d8s equal to her consitution modifier. Once used this ability can't be used until she completes a short rest.
Keen Hearing and Smell. Sofosmeih has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Mage Slayer. Sofosmeih has practiced techniques in melee combat against spellcasters, gaining the following benefits.
- When a creature within 5 feet of her casts a spell, she can use her reaction to make a melee weapon attack against that creature.
- When she damages a creature that is concentrating on a spell, that creature has disadvantage on the saving throw it makes to maintain its concentration.
- She has advantage on saving throws against spells cast by creatures within 5 feet of her.
Shapechanger. Sofosmeih Niler can use her action to polymorph into a
mastiff-humanoid hybrid or into a
mastiff, or back into her
true form, which is humanoid. Her hitpoints are maintained between forms. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. She reverts to her true form if she dies.
Actions
Multiattack. Sofosmeih makes two longsword attacks. If she has a shortsword drawn, she can also make a shortsword attack.
Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage, or 8 (1d10 + 3) slashing damage if used with two hands.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 11 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with weremastiff lycanthropy.

She is a humanoid dark furred cane corso. She wears dark splint armour and an anglo saxon face helm depicting a cane corso’s face fitted to her snout and wields a Italian LongSword, a Stilleto short sword and a heavy crossbow. All of her equipment is enchanted to shift to match her scale and body. She is adorned with ritual scarification across her whole body (including the face). When she transforms, surface changes spread from her scars and the internal changes occur as a rapid series of violent shifts.
