Tactician's Orders. As a bonus action, Oda Nobunaga can command one ally within 30 feet to make a weapon attack. If the attack hits, it deals an additional 1d6 damage.
Fearsome Reputation. Creatures of CR 2 or lower that can see and hear Nobunaga must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of him for 1 minute. They can repeat the saving throw at the end of their turns.
Unyielding Ambition. When reduced to 0 HP, Nobunaga makes a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a success, he drops to 1 HP instead. This ability can be used once per long rest.
Katana Slash. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 3) slashing damage.
Matchlock Rifle. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 60/120 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) piercing damage. Must take an action to reload
Burn the Past (Recharge 5-6). Oda Nobunaga sets fire to his surroundings as a show of dominance. All creatures within a 10-foot radius must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success. This ability ignites flammable objects that aren't being worn or carried.
Commanding Strike. One ally within 30 feet can move up to half their speed and make a weapon attack.
Reload. Nobunaga reloads his matchlock rifle, allowing him to fire again next turn without penalty.
Gaze of the Demon King. One creature that can see Nobunaga must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 round.
Mixture of commanding his allies to fight, and frontline fighting himself, as well as inflicting the fear status on foes.
