Dungeons & Dragons 2024 (D&D) Item: Ashes of the Almost Immortal

The ashes of a fallen Lich from a previous era. The ashes are permeated in necrotic energies. The ashes can be applied to a weapon or armor to imbue the item with a magical effect. Once the ashes are used in this way they lose their magical properties and become regular ashes.   When the ashes are applied to a weapon, add an additional dice (1d) of necrotic damage to any successful attack with that weapon.   When the ashes are applied to an armor its wearer receives an aura of intimidation which gives advantage on Strength or Charisma (Intimidation) checks. The aura has a range of 2 squares around the creature. As a bonus action the wearer can gather the necrotic energies of the aura to cause 1d8 necrotic damage to one creature within the aura.
