You create a whirling vortex of divine energy. Enemies in the area must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pulled 10 feet toward the center and take 6d10 holy damage. A successful save halves the damage and prevents movement. Expend 2 Holy Power to cause creatures pulled into the center to also become restrained until the start of your next turn.
