a Hydromancer can breathe underwater.   a Hydromancer can purify any water source.   a hydromancer can at level 30 combine themselves with a low-grade water spirit.   a level 70 Hydromancer can combine their low-grade spirit with a high-grade one.   fusing with a spirit gives +2 for all water-based attacks.
