Military Strategist

You have spent your life thus far in service of a Martial Organization (a Military or Paramilitary), and have assisted them in drafting battle plans for upcoming battles, wars, campaigns, etc. You frequently have to read up on new battle strategies/doctrines and apply them in your work, and you must look back at History to see which doctrines have worked in the past. You are not necessarily a high rank, but you certainly have interacted with high ranks and are well acquainted with the higher ups in that organization.   Choose an Organization in consultation with your DM, and in your background detail the type of work you did for this Organization, and what kinds of campaigns you planned for. Were you a lesser planner who simply assisted and bounced ideas from those doing the heavy lifting? Were you a high rank who took a very active role in the planning?

Features

Concentrate Fire    On your turn, as an action, you may indicate an enemy to be concentrated by the rest of the team. Allies who are within speaking distance (60 feet) or can be heard and target this creature get a bonus to their attack rolls against this creature equivalent to the value of your Wisdom Modifier.   This effect lasts up to 1 minute, and requires concentration.

Suggested Characteristics

Tacticians are known to generally be very logical people, and can think ahead and generally piece things together. The study of history and their generally exceptional insight allows them to come up with plans in the spur of the moment and apply their knowledge of history in the field. They are generally known to be very respectful and disciplined people, although, this is not a universal truth. Their relationships with others are generally less important than their work, and those relationships they do have with others are generally surface level (although again, not necessarily true). Flaws for tacticians may be their slow-to-act nature, which can make them prevent the party from moving forward in order to attempt to plan better. They also generally dislike illogical individuals.
