(sidenote would call gray pet bird) IROJIN ARCANITE- nicknames: IRON (common name), SOUL EATER (stage name the fans have come to call him), THE BOULDER (stage name he chose)… (IROH only his mother is allowed to call him that) Male earth genasi 19 years old ECHO KNIGHT FIGHTER   When Irojin was little and would not go to bed she would say “don't make me put you to sleep for a good” half jokingly and half threateningly. And part of this really stuck with him and somehow that mixed in his brain with his mothers stage name. Through all of the grief he entirely believes he is a god (an insight check would tell you he is a god because he fully believes it)   His fighting career started strong, almost too strong… he was on a win streak and played every victory up to the crowd as much as possible. But believing he is a god he decided that gods should consume the souls of their victims and began his post match ritual***. This led to his new unwanted stage name and the fans framing him as a disliked villain. This villainy caused even more people showing up to his matches just to hope that he loses. This has continued to snowball out of control from people bringing rotten vegetables to him being yelled at on the street, to even him getting mobbed when getting groceries by people who hated him. Since that incident at least he hasn't left the Colosseum except to sneak to and from his house nearby. He wants to leave but doesn't really have a place he can go to continue to fight stronger opponents and cant really run off on his own for fear of being attacked by another mob of innocent people.   ***Has a bit at the end of a fight where he will light a torch and have his echo beg for its soul (as if it is his opponent) and either light the echo setting the soul free or eat the fire and consume his opponents soul to feed his own power.   JAE ARCANITE Male earth genasi Irogin’s father (late 40’s)   Jae has worked at the concession at the colosseum since he was a child and HIS dad (irojins grandfather) was the one running to the concession. He is a gentle and kind man especially when it comes to kids and families coming to watch the show. Although he started off being supportive of Irojin’s gladiator career things have taken a Very sour turn since public opinion has been less than positive. To the point that jae has been actively asking irojin to look to leave the city for a bit or just really do anything safer than continuing the way he is.     LIN ARCANITE nicknames: GARNET (stage name), GODSLAYER Female Earth Genasi Irojins mother (Deceased)   Irojin grew up in and around the colosseum and his mother used to be a great warrior there.they say lightning doesn't strike the same place twice until there was a bit of a freak accident. A lightning storm began mid round while his mother had the upper hand she swung into her opponent with her sword when the lightning hit the sword hurting them both terribly. These 2 being long time rivals neither would give into calling off the round and continued to brawl it out until finally Irojin’s mother had triumphed. Raising her sword into the air to rally the crowd, it struck, and she too hit the ground. That was the day I watched her pass away from the stands.   Her stage name was Garnet but she got the nickname Godslayer because her biggest rivals stage name was SABOSA     IRELIA -my mothers rival - nickname SABOSA (stage name) Female Human Irojin’s trainer (mid 40’s)   After my mothers passing she lost interest in fighting and became my coach instead feeling responsible for what she had done to me.Even though the lightning was out of her control she still wishes she was able to swallow her pride to push back that fight. Well she mostly trains me on the side, she's primarily the colosseum merch/ticket vendor nowadays and married the owner of the colosseum. She has particularly been pressuring me to leave the colosseum to find other interests as its only a matter of time before something happens and I either get badly injured or end up working one of the stands wasting my talent.
