We undertook necessary measures to protect the peace and prosperity of all our citizens beginning with attempts at peace, negotiation, and compromise however their tribes refused to accept a more civilized manner of living. They refused to surrender even after many opportunities were offered after several young and heroic Imperial messengers were slaughtered, and the regrettable and tragic decision was made to face the Orc tribes in battle. The enemy force was faced and the brave Imperial Army prevailed, ensuring the longevity of our cultural heritage. and way of life.

2. Slavery and Indentured Servitude: Misconceptions have arisen regarding the Empire's labor cooperation practices. We wish to emphasize that the Empire adheres to a strict code of conduct, ensuring fair and just treatment for all citizens. The concept of indentured servitude is not only a voluntary agreement between parties but it promotes mutual benefit and contributes to our Empire's economic growth. As for slavery, we categorically deny any such practice, as it contradicts the principles of harmony and unity that underpin our society. Further slavery was a root cause for the Sun and Moon council to go to war with the Dwarvish Dargurdek Regime, the Empire does not tolerate slavery and has fought and may fight again to prevent its practice.

3. Torture and Cruel Punishments: In matters of justice and the maintenance of order, the Empire exercises necessary caution and prudence. While certain punitive measures may appear severe, they are reserved for the most grievous offenses that threaten the very fabric of our society and world. It is through a comprehensive understanding of the challenges we face that we employ these measures, always with the aim of preserving our citizens' safety and ensuring a harmonious existence.

4. Religious Persecution: The Empire's approach to religious matters is one of protecting the spiritual unity of our citizens. The safeguarding of our cultural heritage and the promotion of elven faith have been integral to our continued prosperity. Non-elven or non-empire-approved religions, while respected, must operate within the boundaries of our overarching societal values. The rumors that claim the Empire would ever threaten the religious freedom of its citizens are categorically unfounded. In our very code legal one of the first statements is the Imperial pledge to protect religious freedom. However, it is not in line with our belief in forgiveness to condemn those who spread these dangerous rumors. The Empire does track and arrest practitioners of certain "faiths" primarily the Cult of the Dragon, and the Cult of the Dead both of which intend to bring about their views of the apocalypse. When you work towards a free society we must never tolerate the intolerance that these cults promote.

5. Cultural Genocide: The Empire's commitment to preserving and celebrating elven culture should not be misinterpreted as an act of cultural genocide. Our intentions lie solely in unifying our society under a shared cultural identity, one that allows for the harmonious coexistence of all citizens. We recognize the value of diversity, but it is the cohesion and strength of elven culture that sustains us as a flourishing Empire, the choice to keep separate domains and kingdoms was intentional of course. The Empire holds kingdoms together and embraces the differences that make us strong. Only those who would seek the kingdoms divided would not want this so heed your will and deny those who lie, those who seek to weaken us, and those who hate the lives we lead. Our people are our greatest strength.
