0-level (Cantrip) Evocation
You open your clenched hand and a glaring light pulses out, disorienting a creature within range that you can see. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 1d4 radiant damage, and it is blinded until the end of the current turn.
At higher levels: The spell's damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
