Ice Walk. Amhghar can move across and climb icy surfaces without needing to make an ability check. Additionally, difficult terrain composed of ice or snow doesn't cost it extra movement. Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Amhghar fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Multiattack. Amhghar makes two attacks: one with its bite and one to constrict. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (3d10 + 6) piercing damage and must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or take an additional 7 (2d6) poison damage and catch the disease, Beithir's Bite. If a target’s saving throw is successful, the target is immune to Beithir's Bite for the next 24 hours if they haven't already caught it. Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d6 + 8) slashing damage. Constrict. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one Large or smaller creature. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage plus 17 (2d10 + 6) slashing damage. The target is grappled (escape DC 16) if Amhghar isn't already constricting a creature, and the target is restrained until this grapple ends. Cold Breath (Recharge 5–6). Amhghar exhales an icy blast in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 54 (12d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Swallow. Amhghar makes one bite attack against a Medium or smaller target it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target is also swallowed, and the grapple ends. While swallowed, the target is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside Amhghar, and it takes 21 (6d6) acid damage at the start of each of Amhghar's turns. Amhghar can have only one creature swallowed at a time. If Amhghar takes 30 damage or more on a single turn from the swallowed creature, the behir must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate the creature, which falls prone in a space within 10 feet of the behir. If Amhghar dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse by using 15 feet of movement, exiting prone.
Amhghar can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Amhghar regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. Claw Attack. Amhghar makes a claw attack. Detect. Amhghar makes a Wisdom (Perception) check. Movement. Amhghar uses up to half of its movement. Summon Ice Meras (Costs 2 Actions). Amhghar exhales 3 (1d6) Ice Meras at a space of his choice within 15 ft. of him.
Slippery Ice. Slippery ice is difficult terrain. When a creature moves onto slippery ice for the first time on a turn, it must succeed on a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone.
