Wharf Rat
The Wharf Rats are an organization of pre-teen orphans that currently runs the length and breadth of Pax. Founded by the mysterious prankster they know as Stevie, they are a band of misfits, poets, pickpockets and masterminds who generally go on to become well adjusted adults.
