When you complete a long rest, you may pick a skill, tool, or weapon that you are not proficient with. Until you complete another long rest you are proficient with that skill, tool, language, or weapon. You may not pick the same skill, tool, language, or weapon upon completing the current long rest, that you picked upon the completetion of the last long rest.

Reincarnates tend to be outcasts, seen as eccentric, or revered depending on their life and upbringing. They often seem to be in the current place and time, with flashes of distracted by someplace or time else. They are often obsessed with a previous life. Correcting a previous wrong, completeing a quest, or just reaching the embodiment of Fai, Id, or Ka'aab.
