Acid Garden

2-level Conjuration

Casting Time: 1 action
Range/Area: 30ft.
Components: Verbal, Somatic, Material
Materials: a sprig of moss
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
Attack/Save: Dexterity saving throw
Damage/Effect: Acid
As an action, you conjure three 5-foot cubes of green and yellow flowers within range. You choose each cube's location, ensuring that all three remain unoccupied by creatures when summoned. The flowers release acidic spores in a 5-foot radius around each cube, creating an area of toxic influence.   Any creature that starts its turn within the area of a flower’s spores or enters it for the first time on a turn must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 2d8 acid damage, or half as much on a successful save.   A creature can only take damage from this spell once per turn, even if it enters or starts its turn in the area of multiple flowers.   You can position the flowers freely when casting this spell, but their placement cannot overlap. The flowers are stationary once created, and the spores linger for the spell's duration.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd.
