Materials: A pint of blood, which this spell consumes.

Duration: concentration, 1 hour

Damage/Effect: N/A

Cause a deluge of blood to fall from the sky within a quarter mile radius. Creatures caught in the blood rain must make a Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for the duration of the spell. Plants in the area also grow slowly for the next month and vampires gain nothing from drinking this blood. When you cast this spell, you may designate up to ten people within sight of you that are immune to the effects of the rain.
