SQ: Phase Out: A Fey Dragon can momentarily step out of the normal realm and enter Arboria (if available) momentarily, leaving a semi-transparent image of itself in place, along with any creature or object on it. As a reaction, a Fey Dragon phases out to avoid ranged attacks by giving the attacker -3 to their attack roll. The Fey Dragon appears immediately after the attack and does not have sight within the realm of Arboria, nor can it take actions or be harmed within it. Rider Bond: The Fey Dragon can bond with a rider until either are dead. While within 100 ft of each other or within Arboria, the two can communicate as if they had Telepathy. When the rider is on the Fey Dragon, they roll separate initiatives and use the highest result for both.

The Fey Dragons are Blue Dragons who have strayed from their original creation, becoming a part of Arboria. They can grow up to medium size in mortal realms, but they can grow large in Arboria. Their fur is blue and white, and their wings are translucent of iridescent color. They are armed with powerful jaws and claws, but they don't appear menacing due to the fluffiness of their collar, which grows backwards.

Fey Dragons are native to Arboria and are descendants of blue dragons. These dragons strayed from their original creation, becoming one of the many species of Arboria. They nest in large forests, and are herbivores. They often travel in pairs, or with their children, until they mature enough to take their own way. In the realm of the mortals, it is considered a sign when a Fey Rider appears, taken as a blessing of Arboria by most, and as a curse to some.   Within Arboria Fey Dragons travel in packs, and druids say that one of the Dryads is a Fey Dragon itself.
