You aim the device at a dead creature which has to have been dead for no longer than 200 years and which died for any reason besides old age. If the creature's soul is free and willing, the creature is restored to life with full hit points.   The device closes all wounds, neutralizes any foreign substances, cures all diseases, and lifts any anomalous/supernatural curses from the individual. The device also replaced any damaged or missing organs/limbs.   The device can form an entirely new body if the original cadaver no longer exists. In this case, you must speak the name of the creature into the device, and the creature's newly formed body will form in an unoccupied space within 10 feet of you.   Creatures which were taken out of this existence by a Class V+ reality bender cannot be effected by the Lazarus Device. In addition, using this device may result in the harming of relations between you and the Three Moons Initiative.
