You designate a target location on the ground. Upon activation, the device will spew a neurotoxin into that area, which will spread in a 20-foot-radius sphere. The neurotoxin will spread around corners and will last for the duration unless a strong wind disperses it. Due to the color of the neurotoxin, it is a heavily obscured area.   When a creature enters the area for the first time on a turn or begins its turn in the radius, they must make a CON saving throw. The creature takes 5d8 poison damage on a failed saving throw or half as much on a successful save. Creatures are affected even if they are holding their breath.   At the beginning of each one of your turns, the cloud of neurotoxin will move 10 feet away from you. Due to the neurotoxin being heavier than air, it will sink to the lowest level of the land.
At higher levels: When supercharged, for each power level above the fifth, the damage increases by 1d8.
