With this very small laser-pointer-like device, you point to a spot on the ground within range and which is visible. Upon pressing the button apparent on the device, it allows you to select one of the following: acid, cold, fire, lightning, poison, or thunder. Whichever you chose, at the point where you targeted, an explosion of that nature occurs, covering a 20-foot-radius sphere, which spreads around corners.   Creatures caught in the explosion must make a DEX saving throw. On a failed save, they take 6d10 damage of the type you chose. On a successful save, they take half as much damage.
