If you are proficient with a scimitar or a short sword, you are proficient with this weapon.   Additionally, this weapon has 3 charges. As a bonus action, while weilding this weapon, you may spend one of its charges to cast Compelled Duel with a spell save DC of 15. While the spell remains in effect, your attack and damage roll bonuses with this weapon become +2 against the spell's target, and you gain +1 AC against the target's attacks.   The blade regains 1d3 charges daily at dawn.
