Dreamborn
You are only relatively within the realm of existence. A dream of dreams, you were brought into the world not by conception but by the hopes and wills of unknown masses that remain only in the dreams of those around you. Whether you had a childhood, or are even aware of this fact, the evidence is in your very being; subtle though it may be. Your existence may be due to sheer chance of fragmented dreams of a single being similar enough among countless minds made manifest, or may be purposeful for a particular goal among a large number of denizens from the land of dreams. Whatever the reason, you exist in the true and material plane now and must choose. Will you find and fulfill the destiny intended for you by those of the land of dreams, or will you carve a new path with a will you create separate from the plea of fragmented fantasies?

Dreamtap

On a roll of 85 or higher, you pull from the world of dreams relevant knowledge that you seek of the area around you. When in a city or any place that once was a city or dungeon, a roll of 90 or higher grants you a recollection of what the place once looked like in a past far distant from now.
Alternative Feature: Reverie Recovery
During a short rest, you enter a daydream in which the essence that created you assists your recovery. If you choose to heal using a hit die, you heal an additional 1d4hp.
Suggested Characteristics
Why were you created?
As a dreamchild, your creation will have been by chance or by purpose. Even if this is unknown to you, the circumstance and potential purpose behind your creation is an inevitable and inescapable truth. Any dreamchild will be met with at least the opportunity or evidence to discover their origins, and the possible reason for their creation. Be it chance, the salvation of the poor souls bygone that dreamt your existence into being, or the revenge of a kingdom from forgotten ages, the purpose of your manifestation into reality will have at least the chance to become clear to you.
